Under the Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Department of the Government of Maharashtra, the Maharashtra State Innovation Society organized a special two-day program in Mumbai for all incubation centers. In this program, Prof. Manish Uttarwar, Director of the TRICEF Incubation Center at Gondwana University, actively participated.

On the first day, a "Strategic Workshop" was organized, where in-depth discussions were held on enhancing collaboration among incubation centers across the state, sharing best practices, and addressing strategic aspects necessary for incubation development. The workshop was inaugurated in the presence of Hon. Minister Shri Mangal Prabhat Lodha and Hon. Additional Chief Secretary Smt. Manisha Verma (Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation Department), which added special significance to the event.

On the second day, a meeting of the "State Empowered Committee" was held, during which Prof. Manish Uttarwar presented a detailed overview of the work carried out by the TRICEF Incubation Center. The presentation covered TRICEF's progress, initiatives, achievements, and future strategic direction. The meeting also focused on evaluating the performance of incubation centers and strengthening state-level strategic coordination.

During the two-day program, there was an effective exchange of ideas, experiences, strategies, and practices among representatives of various incubation centers. This exchange provided important direction for strengthening the startup and innovation ecosystem in the state. It also opened new opportunities for future collaboration, strategic planning, and capacity building in incubation.

TRICEF's participation in this initiative proved to be highly significant, as it enabled effective representation of the institution's work at the state level and created opportunities for collaboration with other incubation centers. This participation aligns with TRICEF's mission of promoting innovation, supporting startup development, and building a strong incubation ecosystem.
